There would be no better place to get such an exposure to such a wide range of knowledge. The work culture & the nature of the challenging assignments that Q3 Technologies have are a welcome treat for me.

I believe that there is a complete transparency with which Q3 Technologies conducts itself and the values it inculcates in its employees. When I joined Q3 Technologies there was so much to learn about the different aspects of Software Engineering. In Q3 Technologies, communication is one of the most important mediums of governance & it has paid meticulous attention towards it. We have a very strong internal communication process aided my mails, bulletin boards etc.

Thus, I would say that the number of avenues to grow here are just infinite.
